How do I purchase a subscription to UMK?

Subscriptions to the UMK can be placed via phone by calling 1-800-441-9674. Account executives are available Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Mountain Time. Online purchases can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via our website at http://www.rgl.net/ecom/product/pricelist_ACOEM.aspx.

Are any other UMK products available?

UMK is available within The Medical Disability Advisor internet, version 5. The Medical Disability Advisor edited by Presley Reed, Chairman and Chief Medical Officer of Reed Group, is the industry leader in workplace disability duration guidelines. For more information on this powerful toolset, please visit Reed Group’s corporate website at www.rgl.net.

Are discounts available for purchasing multiple seats?

Discounts are available for qualifying multi-seat purchases. Call us at 1-800-441-9674 to receive more information.

Do ACOEM members receive a discount?

Yes, ACOEM members are eligible to receive a discount. Call us at 1-800-221-9674 for pricing information.

If I am paying by invoice, how can I check my order status?

I don’t actually know if this is possible.

Is my online purchase safe?

We value your privacy and security. Online purchases of the UMK are secure and information sent from the website is encrypted. Look for the https in the browser address to assure your secure connection.

If I purchase UMK online, when can I access the site?

Once payment confirmation has been received, an email will be sent with information to access the UMK. This process typically takes place on the day of purchase, but may be delayed for up to 24-hours.

What is a registration email?

Following the confirmed purchase of UMK, a registration email from ACOEM is sent to the subscribers email. This email contains a link to set-up a user profile and get you started.

The link in my registration email won't work. What should I do?

If clicking on the link does not take you to the UMK registration page, copy and past the link into your web browser. If this too fails, send an email to support@acoemumk.org. A new link will be sent to you.

How do I log into the UMK site?

Using a browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, type in this address: www.acoemumk.org

Type your Username (not case sensitive) and your Password (case sensitive) in the appropriate text boxes and click the “Login” button. If you are unable to login with your Username and Password, contact customer service at support@acoemumk.org or 1-800-441-9674.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Send an email to support@acoemumk.org. A temporary password will be generated and sent to you. You will be prompted to change you password when you log in. Passwords should not be shared. ACOEM will never ask for your password.

I forgot my username. What should I do?

Your username is the email address used to register your subscription. If you need help with your username, send an email to support@acoemumk.org. You may change your email address from within the UMK by using the My Account feature.

How do I change my contact information?

Once logged into the UMK, click on My Account. From here, choose Edit My Profile. (For Administrators Only: Select your name under Active Users). A window will open allowing you to edit your contact information, email address, or password. If you enter incorrect information, click reset to begin again. When you have completed your changes, click Save Changes. If required information is missing, you will be prompted to complete those fields. If changes are successful, you will receive a pop-up confirmation. Upon successful completion, close the pop up window to return to the UMK application.

How do I change my email address?

Can I share my login with my coworker?

Each UMK user must have a unique account login and password to comply with the End User License Agreement (EULA). Login location ID’s are tracked and your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended, pending investigation of EULA compliance. Additional user seats are available for purchase and may be discounted for volume. For more information, send an email to info@acoemumk.org or call toll-free at 1-800-441-9674.

How do I use the UMK?

Once logged into the UMK, a user guide can be viewed online or a pdf version can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. To access the user guide, click on Help, located in the upper right hand corner.

How often is the information in the UMK updated?

The UMK is a flexible database that will undergo periodic updates, typically every 6 months. Users will be notified of new content via the My Alerts section of the UMK. Minor corrections and editing of content is completed on an ongoing basis as needed.
